1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Parichaya Vedika you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to marry under the laws applicable to you.
3. Truthful information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Misrepresentation, fraud or impersonation will result in immediate suspension.
4. Conduct
Respect every member. Harassment, hate speech, soliciting money, or sharing explicit material is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium and Elite subscriptions are billed up-front for the full term. Refunds within 7 days only if no premium feature has been used.
6. Limitation of Liability
Parichaya Vedika provides introductions but is not a party to any subsequent relationship. We are not liable for the conduct of members offline.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Hyderabad.
